Participation Level
Full Participant (Limit 30)
- Participate in all sessions and solo classes.
- Must be proficient in three-octave scales, thumb position, and solo works at the level of Eccles Sonata or Dragonetti Concerto.
- No audition required.
Arrival – Departure:
We are excited to welcome you to this year’s program! Registration and check-in will take place on Sunday, June 22nd, at 6:00 PM, and the final concert will conclude around 9:15 PM on Friday, June 27th. All students, including those commuting, must check in on Sunday to ensure a smooth start to the week.
To kick things off, we’re hosting a welcome pizza party during registration—an excellent opportunity to meet fellow participants and get ready for an inspiring week of music-making! For those staying on campus, check-out will be on Friday, June 27th, before the final concert. Belongings will be safely stored and can be picked up afterward. We can’t wait to see you there for an unforgettable experience!

Double Bass Rental
For students traveling internationally or from out of state, a limited number of double basses and stools will be available free of charge. Please indicate your request in your application.
A $125 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required with registration and will be applied to your total payment.
