What Happens Next
1. Registration Review
Our team will review your registration details, including your program selection, housing and meal preferences, and any optional requests.
2. Deposit Invoice (Next Step)
Once your registration has been reviewed, you will receive an invoice by email for the non-refundable $125 deposit.
Payment of this deposit is required to hold your place in the program.
3. Final Invoice
After your deposit is received, you will be sent a second invoice reflecting the remaining balance, calculated based on:

All payments are processed securely through QuickBooks.
Housing & Meals
Housing and meal plans are optional and take place on the University of North Texas campus.
If selected, these will be included in your final invoice.

Meal plans are billed per day

Housing availability is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis
